House Rules
Dear guests,
Welcome to Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort. To make sure that you and other guests will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read our house rules.
Air conditioning
The air conditioners on the resort are the biggest energy consumers. Therefore, all the air conditioners in the units contain an energy saving system. In order to operate this system, you need to close all doors and windows in the bedroom. The recommended temperature of the air conditioning is 24°C. We would highly appreciate that you turn off the air conditioning system when you leave your accommodation.
Barbecue
It is prohibited to barbecue anywhere on the resort, inside or outside your accommodation. We invite you to enjoy our Big Green Egg night at restaurant Salú.
Check-out time
Check-out time at the latest is 12.00 PM. Please inform with our Front Desk for the possibilities and costs of a late check-out.
For direct phone calls to emergency numbers, dial 9, followed by the emergency number. Please inform the Front desk ASAP if you need emergency assistance at extension 2000. The Front Desk staff will assist you further. After 8:00 PM the Front Desk phone will be transferred to the security guards at the entrance. They will assist you when the Front Desk is closed. Malfunction / Failure Noise disturbance Responsibility There is a safe in your accommodation where you can keep your valuables. Smoking Towels and Housekeeping Visitors Enjoy your stay!

Please promptly report any malfunction or failure to our staff at the Front Desk.
Please do not disturb other guests with loud noises or loud music, especially between 10.00 PM and 08.00 AM.
The resort is not responsible for accidents and thefts.
It is prohibited to smoke inside your accommodation. You will find an ashtray in your kitchen to use outside on your porch or balcony.
Every day we have fresh towels available at the Front Desk. You can change your beach and bath towels whenever you like. Every third day your accommodation will be cleaned. Please consider the environment and do not change your towels when it is not necessary.
Visitors are not allowed in the accommodations. Please use our lobby, bar or restaurant for socializing or meetings.
